The water in the dishwasher is not draining.

I check the piston and the nut assembly and they look to be in working shape. The piston looks a little water logged but, only on the edges. When I run it on drain mode... I think I can hear what sounds like glass, rolling around inside. I will look for the glass.

Ok, I thought I had it fixed. I diconnected the double pump and cleaned all the parts but, now after the washer drains all the water out. The water is seeping back into the washer and filling up the bottom. I don't know what I can check etc etc. I am not the most experienced with dishwashers. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks again,

Tim, Possible the problem is a bad water inlet valve (#744 on the diagram). Turn off the water to the dishwasher and see if it will stop. - The water inlet valve Part number: AP2039343
