I have a LGB6300PW 29" gas dryer. The drum won't turn. I opened it up and checked the belt, it was fine. I spun the drum and the belt turned the motor freely. When I push the door switch, the light goes out and there is a buzzing noise. When I push the on button, a louder buzz happens, but the drum does not turn. Any ideas? Thanks for your time!!! - I tried holding down the door switch, turning the dryer on, then spinning the drum. With no clothes in, the drum was able to spin. With the drum full of clothes, it could not spin on its own. Could this be the motor?

By your description, it sounds like a weak motor.
