A few days ago my refrigerator started to rattle loudly as it cycles off. Is the refrigerant low? Is the compressor failing?

Here is your wiring diagram http://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%202201079.pdfIs the refrigerant low? I doubt it as you would notice the freezer not getting to the correct temperatures. Is the compressor failing? Could be though usually it is more of a bang. Remove the back panel and check where the noise is coming from. Could be a bad motor mount, may also be the condenser fan rattling as it slows to a stop. |
