Tested @ 350 heats up and says it is 350 after 15 minutes but when turn it off & on right away says it is really only 300. Tested @ 400 heats up and says it is 400 after 15 minutes but when turn it off & on right away says it is really only 350 Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Don GE Model JGB920WECWW
