I dont have a way to view your specific model because i'm on a work computer and am using a service to get around the internet block and i can only do limited things but you will want to flip the breaker for the dishwasher and then remove the screws holding the dishwasher door together.. the door will peel apart from itself and you will see where the spring is for the soap dispenser - the spring itself is probably fine but you might find a small motor near it that may need replaced. you'll either want to replace that little motor or the timer/pc board whichever your model has
