I have a hole and cracks in my glass cooktop on my counter (thankfully it's confined to one corner.) The burners all work fine though. How difficult is it to replace the glass on this model? How would I go about doing it?

This part is not too difficult to replace yourself. You have to remove the cook top from the counter top.

If you need the right part number for the glass top, post the color of the glass and frame.
