We have been having problems with our Dryer. It wouldn't heat and would only turn on...after 3 months our apt handyman decided that the outlet wasn't working and a wire had come loose...

Well in the meantime my husband was trying to see if the heating element was working okay and when he pulled out the dryer all of the wires came loose and so when he put it back, now it won't turn on at all.

So I think the outlet now works, however the breaker is tripped constantly, but my husband doesn't know if the wiring is put together correctly. I am so frustrated and haven't had a dryer since October!

HELP PLEASE!!!!
