Whether it is in the small print or not, why would a company take $24.99 from a customer to provide a service listed as "overnight" on a Friday, only to ship it by a slower delivery method for Monday afternoon delivery. This is not OVERNIGHT and they should remove that option on Friday orders. FedEx and USPS both deliver on Saturdays which they use FedEx, however I am told they have a contract that costs them less if they don't deliver on Saturdays. Would that mean the amount they charge for a non one day overnight service would be less, appartently not. Can someone from your company explain this and btw, a pop upbox that would explain your service does not offer overnight delivery on Friday would be nice for your customers. I ordered at 9:00 PM on Thursday, paid $24.99 and find that I may get my part Monday evening???? Companies need to make a profit, but when it is at the expense of service and you still charge a premium, I find this hard to stomach.

Sorry for your problem, but those of us who reply on the Forum are not associated with APP and are volunteers.

I have found that APP is a very reasonable company and if you will call them and explain the problem to them I feel certain they will try to fix it for you.
