It sounds like a bad timer. Does this happen in all the cycles?

that i dont know, i do know that when the buzzer quits it must trip a breaker because it wont wont work on any of the settings until it resets. today it wouldnt even come back on after the the buzzer quit. i took cover off and i dont think the timer is whats burning. is there maybe a starter on the motor that might be going bad ?

Sorry: I need to learn to word my responses more carefully. I didn't mean by my first response that I thought you should just go out and buy a timer. Our goal (and we're all volunteers, here) is to save you money by coming to the most reasonable diagnosis of any given problem, and then help you through the process of solving it.

Do you have a way to see if your timer is sending 120VAC to the motor after the fill?

well i tore into the motor and i found burnt contacs on the controller mounted on top of the motor. looks like you have to buy a motor to get that controller but i'm wondering what burnt those contacts

It's part of a mechanical switch, so it could have accumulated over time.

okay put a motor in it today and its doing the same thing it fills then a slight buzzer sound then the relay trips. it will reset itself and happen again. transmission rotates the pump rotates and motor rotates. what else can keep this thing from working.
