I have this GE Dryer and recently it has started taking a long long long time to dry. The clothes get warm, not Hot, but the clothes arent drying. We have taken apart the exhaust ducting and cleaned every piece as good as it could be, and still no luck. We are running 80 minute cycles with half of a load each time and it takes between 2 and 3 times before the clothes begin to dry.
I have read it could be a Thermostat issue or a heating element issue but I have no idea. And the fact that I am missing the one digit of the Model Number doesnt help me much in finding the part(s). Has anyone had this issue with a similar product and get it fixed? What do I do? I prefer to Do It Myself instead of paying a technician to come out.
Thanks!!

Thanks!! Sounds like you need to either tear into the unit, it's probably has a blockage near the fan, or call a tech to check into it. If the dryer is heating and the drum is turning, then you have a blockage somewhere. Nat
