Thanks. That was it. I cleaned it and now it works. What would you recommend as routine maintenance (cleaing and lube)? Jim

You are welcome Jim. All moving parts have to be lubricated. Especially the gears and chain on the bottom (under the unit) and the power screws and power nuts (#2 & #12 on the diagram). - The grease for power screws Part number: AP3134980
