The top half of the freezer is warm. The bottom half of the freezer is freezing. Consequently, the fridge is running constantly. The compressor is hot. The condenser coil are luke-warm. The refridgerator seems to work.

Any ideas what the problem is or where I should start looking for the problem?

Thanks, JBianca:confused:

Remove the back freezer panel and descibe the frost pattern, if only partially frozen, you probably have a refrigerant leak.
