If I put items in the back of the Frig. these things tend to freeze solid. How to I stop this? I have the temp set at 3-4. If I lower the temp too much the liquid is not that cold.

Any help would be great!

Are the frozen items just on the top shelf of the fridge or lower shelves as well? The fridge area of this model is cooled by air blown by the fan in the freezer down into the fridge compartment... It's not unusual for items to freeze that are placed directly by the vents where the cool air blows into the fridge area from the freezer above... I suggest using thermometers to better determine this problem... Set the fridge temp first at around 35-40°F then adjust the freezer temp to maintain -5° to zero... Give the settings plenty of time between to settle into a 'sweetspot'.. Making temp adjustments can take hours to settle depending on product temp, usage, etc. cheers
