Model ksss42mdx05 kitchernaid refrigerator, frig side only gets to 48 and the freezer only gets to 37 degress, everything is set on max and running, coils are clean any ideas

By everything running I am assuming that the compressor is on.
Also assuming that both fans are running.

coils are clean[/COLOR]
Which coils condenser and/or evaporator?

Check your evaporator coils in the freezer.
If heavily frosted/iced over you probably have a defrost problem.
If there is only frost in one area you may have a low freon problem.
If no frost at all uyou could be out of freon or the sealed system is toast.
