control locked light stays on, on panel can not get to turn off so we can set to dry we tried unplugging

Hi,
There is a option were you can lock out the controls. It's a saftey thing to keep kids from starting it.
Sounds like you have the "control locked" option turned on.
I think you can just hold that button for three seconds or until the light goes off.
Once the light goes off the buttons should work again.
You may have to take a look at your owners manual to see for sure how to turn the "control locked" on and off.

I am having the same kind of problem. Mine will not restart or light up. When it does work at the end of a cycle it will not turn back on.
