When starting dryer it justs seems to be making a humming sound and the drum is not starting to turn but it seems to be blowing the air threw the vent. Is it in the motor or timer switch that could be causing problem? Belt does not seem to be broken as it is still rapped around the drum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea, if your motor is running, but drum is not turning. The belt is broke.

Here is your Part:

The belt does not seem to be broken. Can it slip off the drive pully?
