Sometimes it barely make a noise and other times it will not stop. With my hand, I can move the drum up/down left/right so it seems to me the bearing is bad. Before buying the bearing or bearing kit I wanted to get a second opinion. Thanks.
Also, if it is the bearing, will it come with complete instructions?

Before buying the rear bearing honestly i would take it apart enough to remove the drum and physically look at the rear bearing - noises in a GE dryer can come from an idler pulley which keeps the belt tight around the drum and also if it has roller wheels that the drum sits on apply pressure with your hand to them and turn either direction and if there is significant friction i would replace those also - your model may have plastic glides that sit between the top of the dryer and and the top of the dryer drum and if those are worn down noise can come from there too so if those are worn go ahead and replace them. what type of noise are you hearing? is it screeching or rattling??
