Sorry for the late reply. I was able to replace the fuse and the LED turned on that gave me the error code for a slipping belt. Upon further inspection I found out the belt was stretched out and falling apart. Ordered and replaced the belt. Now the washer runs like new. Thanks all!

Can anyone provide any in sight to how hard the it is to repair a mode shifter in a GE profile washer? My washer does not get up to full speed to spin the clothes dry.
