motor turns on but the drumm will not turn, heats up ok how do I check the belt? please help.

Insert a screw driver or putty knife in the gap between the top and front near the edges and pry up on the top. It will flip back. You can now see if there is a belt.
To replace the belt take off the access panel in the back and the front panel. Use the belt diagrams in the Stick above to see how it goes.
