BOSCH DRYER NEXXT SERIES PREMIUM GAS NOW 5 YEAR OLD AND OUT OF WARRANTY, WONT START. ALL LIGHTS ARE ON, NO ERROR CODE IS DISPLAYED. HAD THIS PROBLEM LAST YEAR WENT THRU THE STEPS BELOW AND GOT IT WORKING INTERMITTENTLY. IT JUST WONT START THIS TIME AT ALL
LINT FILTER IS CLEAN ENTIRE EXHAUST DUCT IS CLEANED OUT WITH BLOWER WIPED SENSOR WITH WHITE VINEGAR UNPLUGGED DRYER FOR OVER AN HOUR
I SUSPECT AND HAVE BEEN SUGGESTED ON OTHER ONLINE BLOGS THAT IT COULD HAVE A BLOWN THERMAL FUSE(S) - ARE THERE MORE THAN ONE? - DO NOT KNOW WHERE THESE ARE LOCATED . IS THERE A DIAGRAM AVAIALBLE.

aaa786110, I wonder if you were able to repair your dryer. I have exact same dryer (6.5 years) and now it has the same problem. The Start button is blinking and when I press on it nothing happens. I disassembled it, removed the drum and checked all the sensors I could check. Those are: 1. Thermal fuse in lint filter compartment - OK (measures short) 2. NTC thermistor in the same compartment - OK (measures 10 kOhm at room temperature and slowly decrease resistance when I hold it in my hand). 3. NTC thermistor on heater assembly - OK ( measures about 20kOhm at room temperature and slowly decrease resistance when warmed in my hand). 4. Thermal fuse on heater assembly - OK (measures short). 5. Humidity sensor - I assume it is OK (measures 0 Volt when dry, output about 350mV when dump cloth on it) 6. Door switch - OK (measures short when door is closed, when door is open the start light will not come on at all) 7. Belt tension switch - OK (measures short when belt has normal tension) The curious thing that when I assemble it all back the dryer now makes beep after I press start and drying light comes on, but no rotation of drum and no heat happens. Weird stuff. Anybody have ideas?
