Some how my clothes are getting pinched in my dryer...sounds weird I know but some how a corner of a shirt will get caught in the edge or something and it leaves scorch marks on my clothes...this is really irritating. What is causing this to happen? Can it be fixed as my dryer is not that old and still works really well beside this problem.

Replace the operating thermostat. You have to take the front off, and it is mounted on the vent tube in the front. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

Thank You I will tell my husband to check that. But some of the edges of my clothes are getting caught in there and that is what is scorching them...the dryer itself doesnt' get to hot...seems to me like there is a gasket or something that is not right for my clothes to be getting hung in there causing it. Kind of hard to explain...sorry!!
