I am getting very minimal water flow from this unit when a cycle attempts to run {Whirlpool Gold Model GU2400XTPQ7}. It worked fine until I didnt run it for a few weeks while away on vacation. When I returned I had some random lights on the display and followed the reset codes I discovered on similar post but the water flow hasnt changed. I checked the water supply line and it seems to be free of any obstructions. When the cycle starts I cant hear any water entering the unit but when I check it after a few minutes, there's a small pool at the bottom of the unit but all the dishes are bone dry. Any suggestions?

Remove the kick plate.
And measure the voltage across the water valve when it is supposed to be filling.
If you have 120 volts and there is no water flow then either the valve is toast or the screen filter on it's input is clogged solid.
