The top agitator does not work properly, if at all. It spins in both directions and I am pretty sure it's only supposed to spin one way. Is there any easy solution for this or do I need to replace the entire agitator assembly? I was looking at part #AP3094543 and wandering if this would solve the problem. Does that part come with any instillation instructions? I was also having issues with separating the top and bottom agitators from each other. Should they just pull apart?
