Can Anyone point Me in the direction of any information about how to fix it? Also, does Anyone know where I can find a copy of the manual. for some reason, I do not have one. I don't know why.

Note if you click on the picture of the part then often a new page will open with more views of it. Click on the new view to enlarge it.
