Could it be the seal from the bearing or the seal under the stainless tub? Based on your experience, Should I change all seals and the bearing? What would be approx. cost?

You will also need special tools. Given the complexity and cost of this job you may want to consider replacing the machine.

It's most likely seized on and will never come off. I made this mistake after spending the $96.00 for tub seal kit. Will now return the parts and put the money towards a new washer.
