Had a repair guy come out and check this electric double oven. He said that I needed a new control panel. I bought one from your site and installed it, and got a new error reading " F5 E1 " The technicians manual found inside the oven said it was the latch motor or sister board. I have now replaced both of those with parts from your site (again) and am still getting the same error reading. What can I do now?

the original problem was the oven just started beeping one day and then the display went blank and I got no response from the keypad except for the light. about 2 weeks later it just came back on (the display) and the oven worked. a couple days later, it went out again. i tried resetting by turning the power off to the oven for 30 min, but that didnt work either. i cant remember if there was an error code, but i think it might have been "f1"

jhart,

The first and major failure suspect at this time is the control board.

There is also a small chance that the low voltage transformer is malfunctioning too.

- The part number for the control board is AP3595759

- The part number for the low voltage transformer is AP3968801

Gene.

P.S. Did you perform all troubleshooting recommended in the tech sheets before you replaced these parts?
