Purchased HydroWave Washing Machine in April 2008. HydroWave will not spin or agitate. When trying to put it through drain/spin cycle, the LED starts out blinking normally, but then blinks 6 times. There seems to be no problem with the big pulley or motor pulley turning, although the code indicates that the motor cannot move. Also checked continuity on inline fuse, and it was OK. Is the motor bad?

After following the LED codes on the motor and determining that everything else seemed to moving freely, I order a new motor from AppliancePartsPro (about $170.00) with shipping. It was $243.00 if I was to get it locally. I replaced the motor in about 45 minutes, and it is now working fine.
