My daughetrs washer is giving an error code F 28 otherwise it is working fine what's the fix

Inside the lower service panel (or under the top, sometimes they move things around) is a set of tech notes which will interpret the code and tell you how to do some diagnostic testing.
Unfortunately this is one of those codes that is not very specific. Your problem is that the CCU is not determining that the motor is turning, so it shuts things down. The first thing to check is the wiring between the CCU and motor to check for a break, short or frayed condition.
