one day it stopped heating food and the turntable stopped working. replaced cap and diode & n/c magnetron from ge service dept. no change. all thermo switches SEEM to work (how can you test them?) and door switches test as working - what's left? how to test HV transformer (not thrilled with that) ? or pcb? i'm about to give up..... thanks

the fans do work. and all controls seem to work

ended up having no 110v at transformer that led me to retest the door switches - UPPER DOOR SWITCH had dead spot - tested fine by hand but not when in place and activated by door!! woohoo!!!

double check your switches folks!
