i have ge portwasher dishwasher and even time you run it
don't want to drain right and it leaks underneatht eh dishwasher by the motor i was wondering what it can be or what i can do get it fix thank you

Sorry but I am having a hard time understanding your post.

What exactly is it doing?
Could be just a clogged drain hose.
Did it used to drain/run OK?

Only you can find the leak location. A flashlight and a small mirror come in handy when trying to find it. Be sure to check higher up from where it is dripping as the actual leak may be higher up in the unit.
