In order to recall the last error code stored in the memory: 1. Wake the washer by pressing any button. 2. Wait 5 seconds. 3. Press and HOLD the Start/Pause and Cancel buttons simultaneously. As long as the buttons are held, the failure code will appear in the display as an E followed by two numbers, a number and a letter or two letters. The control will beep and the Door Lock, Wash, Rinse, and Final Spin indicator lights will flash. Post the result. the error code is E47. In Spin Cycle the main board is sending a final spin signal but you can not get any spin out of any selected spin speed. Any ideas??

Most likely the problem is a bad door lock. The replacement instructions are attached to the reply. - The door lock Part number: AP4455026

Why take the rubber off? I took the top of machine off, two screws in the back. Plenty of room to bring the switch up and change out the connectors after removing the two screws that hold the switch in place. I just swapped mine out in about 7 minutes and no having to deal with the rubber boot.
