Maytag Gas dryer not heating Model number MDG5500AWW Initially the dryer would not work on time dry. Everything seemed to work but the gas would not ignite. While checking continuity of the sensors located on the outflow duct, I noticed a clicking sound when I disconnected one of the sensor wires. After disconnecting and reconnecting this sensor (may be the heat sensor). The dryer would work normally on the moisture sensor mode. (Not on the time mode). I assumed the electronic board was bad and told my wife to use sensor dry. This worked for about a week. Now in order to get the dryer to ignite I must pull this wire and reconnect it. When I do this the igniter heats and everything works. It will work until the load is dry but will not start again until I disconnect and reconnect this wire. (The sensor is labeled āCā and the wire I disconnect is labeled with the arrow)I have checked all three sensors (A, B, and C) on the exhaust duct. All with very low resistance. (I believe normal). Is it likely the control panel? This is an expensive replacement. Is there any way I can test it prior to replacing it. How do the controls come off the top of the dryer if I do need to replace or test it? I have, in the past year, replaced the solenoids that control the gas flow. Thanks in advance for the help.![UserPostedImage](http://i861.photobucket.com/albums/ab177/sdn8ivpics/th_IMG_6978b.jpg) ![UserPostedImage](http://i861.photobucket.com/albums/ab177/sdn8ivpics/th_IMG_6977c.jpg) Sorry for the small pics but I am not sure how to get them larger. I just found out about URLs!

Clarification, The dryer motor starts and turns when turned on but the glow plug and gas doesn't ignite unless the contacts are interupted (arrow)
