There are small clumps of old grease on everything when the cycle is finished. It doesn't matter which cycle is used. The only way to remove the grease clumps is to hand wash everything in very hot water and soap each item. Any suggestions on how to cure the problem?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for General Electric HDA3220Z05BB Dishwasher | AppliancePartsPros.com

Did this unit used to work OK?
When this started happening did anything change at around the same time re: a different detergent, a kitchen remodel etc.?

Check the water temperature entering the unit is at least 120 F.
Remove power from the unit and one wire from the heater, check it for resistance with a meter. Usually around 20 ohms.
