Kenmore side-by-side with ice maker, and water/ice dispenser in door, The ice maker stopped making ice a few weeks ago (no water in tray). I replaced the water valve in the back, but still no ice.

I then replaced the ice maker. It started making ice, but the ice is not completely frozen when it dumps out. It has some water bubbles inside the cubes, and since the ice is still wet, the cubes freeze together in the dispenser.

I contacted the vendor, and they sent me another ice maker. Same problem.
Freezer temperature is -20 degrees. Whats wrong?
