Evaporator fan area keeps freezing and stops the fan.
Which stops the cooling process.
Any Ideas?
Thanks ,Eddie

Defrost timer, Defrost thermostat, defrost heater.

Defrost timer will defrost coil every 8-10 hours of operation.

Remove the middle and lower panels, 1/4 nut driver will fit the screws.

Defrost thermostat is attached to coil. Unplug refrigerator, unplug 6 pin connector that have the 2 wires in it going to defrost thermostat and get a test meter and ohm out the 2 wires going to the bulb(Defrost thermostat), with no ice on the coil should get around 150-180 Resistance Ohms.

If less than this, replace bulb. Also, ohm out the defrost heater while your in there. Should get 0 ohms across the terminals.
