I do not know much about appliances, so the answer may be obvious. My microwave stopped working after about ten seconds. It is an older microwave, but it is in great shape. I checked the power cord, breaker box, and every power source I could think of. I have no clue. It had been running perfect, then suddenly stopped. I could go buy a new one, but I am afraid it is something simple inside the microwave. HELP!!!

There is a 20A 250V glass fuse in there. Pull top off and you should see it.

Found it. It is 15A, though. Is that okay?

I replaced the fuse and it has power, but when I start it, it shuts down again. What do you think?

Your welcome! When you say shuts off, is the fuse blowing, or just starting and stoping?
