The 417 indicates that this is a Frigidaire unit.
The parts looks like it is a stacked unit, I could not cross reference it any further than that.
Following is a manual for a Frigidaire stacked unit but is a total guess on my part as to a match. It will at least give you some info on how Frigidaire does things if nothing else.

I turn the dryer on and it makes about 1 turn and then shuts off.
Can you restart it right away or do you have to wait a couple minutes?
If you have to wait this is often the dryer motor overheating and tripping it's internal thermal protect (cut-off). Though it does seem awful fast for an overheat condition.
Try turning the drum by hand in the correct direction to check if it is jamming up for some reason, should turn fairly easily.
