Iam not getting any heat from the up and down elements. I have replaced all the elements, but still there isn't any heat. The clock is not working at all. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The model number you posted is incomplete.
Verify and repost it, please.

I took a closer look and the model number is 11-1664 (tappan). I typed the number in the model section and it led me to the 11-1653 model. The 11-1633-00-04 has the same look as my model but it has a fuse located in the bottom oven part and my model's wiring diagram doesn't show a fuse. Never the less I am not getting any heat. The elements check good for continuity. I hope this is the information you needed. Thanks!

Did you check the breakers? It suppose to be a double breaker for the oven and both of them must be "on".

In fact just turn them off-then back on for good measure. Next go back to the clock and see if it has a setting on it labled "Man" or manual and make sure its actually "clicked in" that position. If that setting is not present then go to the knob marked "stop" then push it in and turn it so that it stays in, then see if the oven comes on.
