The back of my dryer is hot to the touch. Vents are clear. There is some discoloration on back from the excess heat. Could there be a limiting switch or something else that needs to be replaced?

Hi,

What is the model number?
Most Frigidaire dryers have the heating elements mounted on the back and they do get very hot back there.
