I lost everything in the fridge. our other issue is we have had a mouse problem with our very cold temps. here in Louisiana. They mice have been seen going behind the oven and the fridge. Could the mice have damaged the fridge in some way or is this just a coincidence and the fridge stopped cooling. help.

I may be abloe to find a wiring diagram for you but need the complete model number. You need to do more trouble shooting re: what is running and what is not etc. A totally dead unit may just be a mouse has eaten through a wire.
