I have a whirlpool gr440lxmb0 electric range. The front right burner won't heat up unless I turn it up to 7. It then gets very hot but under that it seems to heat incredibly slow. Is this the infinite switch or the burner?

I have the parts list, I need an opinion based on the issue as to which part I should replace the infinite switch or the burner?
