I orered and received part #WPL 4342994-It's the clock kit. Contols the timer, temperature, broil, bake, ect. I realize my stove is an older model. The new part is not exactly the same. Is it possible to E-mail me a wiring guide to go by. We haven't been able to get the new one to work properly. Thank-you!! Renee'

Hi Renee,

This kit should include the installation instructions.

If it does not - just click on the link above and follow the instructions. You should be fine.

Gene.

We did follow the instructions, the problem is my range has an extra black wire that the new kit does not have a place for. Could not get it to work. How do I go about returning the kit?

Where this black wire goes?

Regarding the part return you have to talk to the customer service.

Gene.
