My Dryer will heat up fine, Ignitor glows, gas comes on, but then somewhere through the cycle it seems that the flame must not come back on because it takes two full cycles to dry the clothes. I tried a load of dry clothes that were in the tub, and the thing heated up great! I don't know what it has to do with wet clothes in this dryer, but this is weird!
I bet that if I go down there now, and turn it on, I will get a flame(heat) for a while then it will probably go out...any ideas?

If the clothes are warm at the end of the cycle - most likely the problem is a clogged exhaust line and not the dryer.

Disconnect the vent hose from the dryer and run a load (or two) with the vent hose disconnected.

If the clothes are cold at the end of the cycle then the problem is a bad gas valve coils.

- The part number for the coil kit is AP2150379

Here are the break down diagrams for the GE dryer Model DDSS475GA0WW
