I have a Frigidaire Refigerator where the Freezer does not seem to freeze anything anymore. I have noticed it will keep items closed, but will not freeze anything. I have also notice I hear no motor/fan noise from the freezer. I do not have the model number.

Sorry but I do not understand the above. Is it just a typo and instead of "closed" you meant cold.

Could be you are stuck in a defrost cycle.
If it has a manual defrost timer turn the cam to see if it will start up.
If it does you need a new timer.

Remove the evaporator coils and check them.
If heavily iced/frosted over you may have a defrost problem
If just frosted in one area you may have low freon.
Also check to see if the fan motor is getting voltage usually 120 volts AC.
If it is and not running it needs replacing.

A model number would help
