My Maytag Neptune washer will not spin out. I replaced the wax motor and control board 1 year ago because I was having the same issue. It has started again. I pulled the washer apart and looked at the wax motor, control board, and they both look fine. I took out the drainage hose to check for blockage, but don't see anything.
It sounds like it is going to spin, but it never ramps up to actually spin. Please help!! I have 4 kids and my wife is crying over her washer...the laundry is piling high!

Thanks for the reply
I have discovered that it will spin with a small load of clothes, but not a heavy load. Would that part fix the same problem, or would it be something else?
Thanks.

I don't think that sounds like an electronic problem, but you will want to check the wiring connections between the control board, motor control board and motor. You will also want to check the condition of the belt. Here is a service manual. See page 3-9 for reference to your problem and a possible diagnosis routine. http://www.servicematters.com/m...ibrary/docs/16009127.pdf
