I recently found frozen water at bottom floor of my side by side refrig/freezer. I assume that it's the defrost cycle melted water that is supposed to go down the defrost drain tube to the drain pan under refrig? My question is, how do I clean out the defrost drain tube and where is it?

Thank, Mr. Bob Jill

Drain tube is usually located behind the fridge. To clean it out you need to:

1) Remove back cover inside freezer section.
2) Locate evaporator coil. Drain line begins under the coil.
3) Use something like enema with hot water in it to push the water up the drain line.

Hope this helps,
Dmitriy
