Hello I have a Maytag Atlantis washer. During the spin cycle it makes noise, but it does not actually spin. The water drains but the clothes are still soaking wet. Can anyone help?

Tilt the washer back. Remove the belt and check it. Make sure the pump pulley is moving freely in both directions.

Measure the voltage to the washer under a load. It should be 120 VAC ± 10%.
