Tub fills with water but doesn't go to the next cycle, you can hear the the lid switch make contact and the timer is buzzing. I found a part called "Actuator catch lever" (p/n AP2044599) on the ground under the washer which is part of "shifter assembly" (p/n AP2045698), could this missing part be causing the washer not to cycle? The part is not a stock item, 7-10 days. I think I have all the parts to reattach the lever and 2 springs to assembly. Also, found oil under the wash machine.

Any idea if the condition described below is causing my problem of the cycle not starting? Please advise, posted yesterday morning.
