my oven is like alot of people, its not regular. when i turn on my oven control knob the glow bar lights then the burner ignites. after the oven heats up to temp. and the burner turns off, the next time the oven temp. light comes on the glow bar lights, and sometimes the burner lights, but alot of times it doesnt light unless i tap on the safety valve with a screwdriver handle. does this mean a bad safety valve? also oven was converted to lp when new. one time our lp tank ran empty, could some sediment from the tank have gotten in safety valve.the broiler works fine, its just the oven.
