Your problem is arising because the control board cannot communicate with the motor. Since you say the motor is ok I assume you have done the testing the tech notes to ascertain this. In that case I think the problem is likely in the connections at the control board and at the motor, or in the wiring from the control board to the motor, so you should check the wiring, and take off the connector and thorought clean them and then reseat them.

I don't think there is a separate hall sensor on this model (yeah the tech notes are confusing).

Here is the service manual for your machine. Start with the output check on the board to see if current is getting to the motor.
